Rate: PS900-PS1,000 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: Northern England - 2 to 3 days per week on-site
Our client, a leading organisation undergoing a major transformation portfolio, is seeking an experienced Programme Director to drive delivery across business and technology change. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives, AI-led transformation, and continuous improvement programmes.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience delivering complex transformation programmes within pensions (broader financial services considered)
Strong background in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation
Experience delivering AI-driven and continuous improvement initiatives
Excellent understanding of end-to-end business and technology change
Exceptional stakeholder management skills across senior leadership levels
Ability to hit the ground running and deliver tangible outcomes in fast-paced environments
