Interim PMO Lead - ERP Implementation

Location: Watford (5 days onsite)

Rate: PS750 per day (Outside IR35)

Duration: 12 months

We are seeking an experienced Interim PMO Lead to oversee and drive the delivery of a large-scale ERP implementation programme. This role requires a highly structured individual with a proven background in establishing and managing PMO functions for complex technology change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up and manage the PMO framework for the ERP programme

* Provide governance, reporting, and assurance across multiple workstreams

* Drive programme planning, RAID management, and milestone tracking

* Ensure clear communication and alignment between project sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams

* Support programme leadership with decision-making through data-driven insights

* Monitor vendor delivery against agreed timelines and outcomes

Key Requirements:

* Extensive PMO leadership experience in large ERP or transformation programmes

* Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

* Hands-on experience working with senior leadership to drive programme outcomes

* Ability to manage complex dependencies and risks across a multi-year roadmap

* Previous experience of working on full lifecycle ERP implementations is essential

* Highly structured and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills

Contract Details:

* 12-month initial contract

* PS750 per day (outside IR35)

* 5 days per week, fully onsite in Watford
