The Opportunity

We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our expanding and dynamic team. Based in our Liverpool office, you'll play a key role in supporting the business, ensuring high standards of work and driving continuous improvement in processes and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for customers
Plan engineers' work schedules to meet client requirements
Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards
Keep client registers and internal systems accurate and up to date
Liaise with clients, tenants, engineers, and the Project Manager
Handle calls, arrange appointments, and resolve queries
Collect and process job sheets/certificates for billing and reporting
Use Excel and in-house systems for reporting and record-keeping
Prepare reminders, letters, and updates via mail merge, text, and email
Provide daily updates to clients and support to engineers
Ensure deadlines are met and high levels of service are maintained
Carry out other administrative duties to support the team

Your Skills & Experience

Strong customer service skills with a professional telephone manner
Previous administration and/or scheduling experience
Confident user of Microsoft Office (advanced Word & Excel)
Organised, detail-focused, and able to prioritise workload
Calm under pressure with problem-solving ability
Clear communicator at all levels, internally and externally
Reliable, punctual, and a supportive team player
