About the Role
This is a strategic and creative leadership role for someone who thrives on building brands that truly connect. You'll lead the overall brand and marketing vision, defining strategy, elevating customer engagement, and driving long-term growth.
You'll oversee all brand storytelling, creative development, content, and communication strategies ensuring every touchpoint aligns with the brand's purpose and commercial goals. This person will also collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and innovation teams to influence new product launches and market expansion.
Champion a customer-first mindset deeply understand the audience, behaviours, and trends to fuel brand and product decisions.
Define and execute brand positioning and portfolio strategy to drive awareness, loyalty, and growth.
Lead and inspire in-house teams and external agencies across creative, content, and earned media (influencer, creator, and PR).
Own the campaign calendar and guide end-to-end execution of brand activations and content initiatives.
Partner with product and commercial teams to align marketing strategy with innovation and sales performance.
Oversee organic social and earned media growth, building communities and boosting engagement.
Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure all initiatives deliver tangible business results.
Contribute as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, shaping company strategy and culture.
About You
10+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, including 5+ years at a leadership level.
Proven track record of scaling consumer brands, ideally within personal care, health, wellness, or lifestyle eCommerce.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels -- especially organic, earned, and paid (Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon).
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Data-driven, commercially minded, and creative -- equally at home with analytics and storytelling.
Experience influencing senior leadership decisions and shaping company culture.
