Job Specifications

We’re looking for a Category Manager for our public sector client based in Norwich or Liverpool on an initial 9-month contract, paying up to £400 per day (Inside IR35).

This role offers hybrid working with 2–3 days per week in the office and occasional travel across the UK.

You’ll manage supplier and customer relationships, support new initiatives across construction categories, and lead on category management, commercial agreements, and data analysis to drive improvements.

Essential:

CRM
Strong commercial acumen with data-driven decision making
Experience in supplier and customer management
Category management and strategy development skills
Knowledge of construction frameworks and mini competitions
