Executive Talent Solutions are working with a rapidly growing start up drinks company to recruit an ambitious National Account Manager.

The business produces a chilled drink and since launching the product in May this year they have enjoyed spectacular growth. To support the continued expansion they are recruiting a National Account Manager to looking after their 3 major supermarket accounts as well as help with Business Development into new retail partners.

The role is a permanent position offering a salary between £50,000 and £60,000 plus benefits including generous bonus. Hybrid working with 1-2 days in the office in Central London and 3-4 WFH.

Key responsibilities include:

Building strategic long-term relationships with customers ensuring the sustainable growth of the brand
Collaborate and communicate with customers to deliver in-store and online activations that drive consumer awareness, penetration and conversion
Act as the conduit of information between customers and the team
Negotiate prices, distribution & range extensions and new product launches which achieve/exceed the business objectives
Understand competitor and market dynamics and be the advocate for ideas to deliver growth
Working with the nominated distributor to maximise availability, ensuring exceptional customer service by providing forecasted sales and activity plans by customer
Develop, negotiate and deliver customer brand plans using market and consumer insight
Identify and support/lead new business development opportunities which grow the presence of the brand in new customers, channels and markets
Develop the account management function in the business, paving the way for future growth whilst keeping things simple

Candidates applying should have strong FMCG Account Management / Sales experience. It would be a huge bonus if they have previously worked with Sainsburys, Tesco and/or chilled drinks!
