Business Development Manager – Coffee

Up to £45k plus bonus

London (hybrid)

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with a passion for coffee, people and growth. This is a chance to help shape the future of a brilliant specialty coffee brand, driving new partnerships, nurturing key accounts and bringing real energy to every conversation.

What you’ll be doing

Building and managing relationships with key wholesale and hospitality partners

Winning new business and spotting opportunities to grow existing accounts

Working closely with marketing and operations to deliver seamless customer experiences

Owning the sales pipeline from first contact through to long term success

Championing brand values and spreading the love for exceptional coffee

What they’re looking for

Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in coffee, FMCG or hospitality

A confident communicator who can open doors and build trust quickly

Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and presentation skills

Strategic and hands on, happy to chase leads and close deals

Passionate about great coffee, great relationships and great results
