An opportunity to join an innovative and growing MedTech company as a Machine Learning Engineer (Python). You’ll contribute to the development and integration of AI models for computer vision, helping shape cutting-edge solutions that support healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize computer vision models using machine learning.
Integrate and fine-tune these models within the company’s software products.
Collaborate closely with software and systems engineers to ensure seamless interoperability.
Conduct formal and practical testing, including validation with clients.
Participate in agile daily stand-ups and contribute to technical documentation.

Profile:

Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning and computer vision.
Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Familiarity with software testing, validation, and deployment processes.
Autonomous, pragmatic, and collaborative, with professional English proficiency.

What’s Offered:

Permanent contract (CDI), executive status.
Salary: €45,000 – €65,000 per year (depending on experience).
Benefits include RTT, one day of remote work per week after the trial period, and a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
Hybrid role based in Labège (31), France.

Rejoignez une entreprise innovante du secteur médical en tant qu’Ingénieur Machine Learning (Python). Vous contribuerez à la conception et à l’intégration de modèles d’IA appliqués à la vision par ordinateur, au sein d’une équipe passionnée et à taille humaine.

Vos missions :

Développer et optimiser des modèles de Machine Learning appliqués à la vision par ordinateur.
Intégrer ces modèles dans les produits logiciels de l’entreprise.
Collaborer étroitement avec les autres ingénieurs pour assurer la cohérence des modules.
Réaliser des tests formels et des validations pratiques auprès des clients.
Participer aux réunions quotidiennes (daily stand-up) et rédiger la documentation technique.

Profil recherché :

Diplôme Bac+5 en informatique ou équivalent.
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en Machine Learning et vision par ordinateur.
Excellente maîtrise de Python et des frameworks TensorFlow / PyTorch.
Connaissance des processus de test et de validation logicielle.
Autonomie, rigueur, pragmatisme et bon niveau d’anglais professionnel.

Conditions et avantages :

Contrat CDI, statut cadre.
Rémunération : entre 45 000 € et 65 000 € brut annuel selon expérience.
RTT, 1 jour de télétravail par semaine (après période d’essai), environnement convivial et collaboratif.
Poste hybride basé à Labège (31).
