Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager
Role Overview:
The Growth Marketing Manager will own the full funnel of growth and retention initiatives across Meta, Google, Email, SMS, and emerging channels. This person will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, improve retention, and maximize lifetime value. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and creative, with a proven ability to balance brand equity with performance results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and other relevant platforms.
Own lifecycle marketing efforts, including Email and SMS strategy, segmentation, and campaign execution to drive retention and repeat purchase.
Partner with the creative team to develop and test compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and content tailored to each brand’s identity.
Analyze performance data to measure ROI, CAC, LTV, and other key KPIs; prepare actionable insights and regular reporting for the COO.
Develop and execute A/B tests across campaigns, creative, and audience targeting to improve efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with e-commerce, merchandising, and brand teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new channels and strategies to drive innovation.
Ensure all campaigns balance performance with maintaining the premium positioning of each brand.
Qualifications:
4–6 years of growth marketing or performance marketing experience, ideally in fashion, luxury, or consumer brands.
Proven track record managing acquisition and retention channels across Meta, Google, and Email.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and ad platform reporting.
Experience with Email/SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, Iterable).
Ability to translate data into actionable strategies while maintaining brand voice and positioning.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle priorities across two brands.
Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset and strong attention to detail.
Salary $120,000-$130,000
