Duration: 3 months contract

Job Summary:

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Key Job Responsibilities

Manage product backlog, customer tickets, build dashboards.
Optimizing and building workflows on Monday.com
Work with PMs and TPMs to forecast needs and results
Help set up a wiki platform

Basic Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in related field preferred
Good problem-solving skills

Must Have Skills:

2-4 years of experience in Business analysis and making/optimizing workflow.
Software requirements: Asana, Jira, Monday.com,
Software nice to haves: Confluence, Wiki experience
strong communicator – understand how to get to root of the issue, communicate solutions effectively.
PM background – what are basics of Project management and how to complete from start to finish.
