Pressed is growing and looking for a Senior Director of Sales, Natural to lead our Natural Channel commercial strategy with clear direction, strong execution, and a practical, data-informed approach.
This channel is a major focus for Pressed, and this role will have a direct impact on expanding distribution, increasing velocity, and driving net revenue across partners like Whole Foods, Sprouts, Natural Grocers, co-ops, independents, and the UNFI/KeHE networks.

Job Purpose
The Senior Director of Sales, Natural Channel executes Pressed’s commercial plans across the Natural channel ecosystem of chains, independents, and distributors — including Whole Foods Market, Sprouts Farmers Market, INFRA, Natural Grocers, co-ops, independents, and the UNFI/KeHE networks, among others. This role translates strategy into day-to-day actions and brings forward informed, insight-driven perspectives to refine, pressure-test, and shape strategy in ways that enable the desired outcomes.
Success in this role means expanding buying outlets, accelerating velocities, elevating broker and distributor performance, and ensuring executional excellence across the Natural Channel — all driving maximized net revenue. Success also reflects how outcomes are achieved: through proactive identification of barriers, clarity in direction-setting, solution-oriented thinking, and influencing partners with data, insight, and a confident point of view.
Essential Job Functions
Channel Execution & Revenue Delivery
Develop and execute the Natural Channel commercial plan—delivering revenue, distribution, velocity, and profitability targets across the Natural ecosystem while role-modeling disciplined follow-through and accountability.
Translate strategic direction into actionable sales plans in partnership with retailers, brokers, and distributors, ensuring clarity, structure, and aligned expectations.
Proactively identify execution barriers, market shifts, or unusual performance signals and bring forward informed, executable solutions.
Chain Account Management (Whole Foods Market, Sprouts Farmers Market, INFRA, Natural Grocers & Co-ops)
Own execution with the top Natural Channel accounts, including JBP planning, promotional calendars, resets, and new item introductions.
Influence buyers with a clear, insight-driven point of view across pricing, promotions, shelf placement, and assortment decisions.
Proactively flag opportunities, risks, or emerging trends and recommend practical, commercially sound solutions.
Build trust with buyers through preparation, confidence, data fluency, and a reputation for follow-through.
Invest time in the relevant markets to evaluate market conditions and make informed recommendations to accelerate delivery of key objectives.
Distributor & Broker Accountability
Manage and elevate broker partners through clear KPIs, structured business planning, consistent routines, monthly score carding and objective accountability.
Lead execution, directly and/or indirectly, through UNFI and KeHE—ensuring strong inventory health, promotional compliance, and rapid issue resolution.
Identify execution gaps early and recommend refinements to promotional cadence, investment levels, or distributor focus areas to best meet channel/account objectives.
Deliver measurable improvements in buying outlets, SKUs-per-store, merchandising, promo execution quality, and other revenue drivers.
Build strong working relationships that blend partnership with firmness, ensuring expectations are consistently met.
