To support this momentum, they’re looking for an experienced finance professional to join on a 12-month FTC and play an influential role in driving the next stage of their journey.

About You

To be successful in this role you will be a Qualified Finance professional with extensive experience as an Financial Accountant or Finance Manager. Who is dynamic and proactive in your approach to implement process improvement and has a commercial mindset.

The ideal candidate would be on a short notice period or immediately available to the market.

The candidate will need to be adaptable with a mindset of always looking to improve efficiencies. Enjoys being visible in the business and able to build lasting relationships in the company.

Ideally this person would a strong understanding of Month End and Year End process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Your Mission

Reporting to a dynamic Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will support the Financial Controller across the group of entities. Playing a key role in ensuring accurate and timely statutory accounting, overseeing the Purchase Ledger function, and helping to modernise processes through automation and best-practice accounting methods.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Financial Controller and Financial Accountant in maintaining accurate and compliant statutory accounting records across a range of related entities.
Assist the Financial Controller with Month-End & Year-End Accounting.
Managing the Accounts Payable team.
Supporting systems implementation.

Process Improvement overview

Review and enhance existing financial procedures to ensure they remain efficient and effective.
Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
Apply experience with modern accounting systems to recommend and deliver practical improvements.
Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to streamline operations and address long-standing challenges.
