Required Skills

6+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Amazon Connect.
Hands-on experience in building end-to-end Amazon Connect solutions.
Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, S3, IAM, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
Experience integrating Connect with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
Strong understanding of IVR design, call center KPIs, and routing strategies.
Proficient in JSON, JavaScript, and API-based integrations.
Experience with Contact Lens, voice analytics, and quality management tools.
Familiarity with AWS CLI and automation using CloudFormation or Terraform.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.
