The Role

As an L1 Customer Care Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and web. You’ll listen, respond, troubleshoot, and advocate for customers - ensuring every interaction reflects Veolia’s commitment to quality and service excellence.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

Manage incoming customer enquiries and expectations
Resolve issues efficiently, escalating when needed
Log and maintain accurate customer and service data
Provide basic technical troubleshooting and register service requests
Validate order details and liaise with internal teams
Identify sales opportunities and quotation requests
Deliver professional, empathetic, and confident customer support

What We’re Looking For

GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience in customer service, call centre, sales support, or administration
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Strong organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
A team player with a passion for delivering first-class customer service
