Title: ServiceNow Lead / Architect

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

W2 Contract

Implement ServiceNow modules
Customize and enhance platform capabilities using best practices (e.g., scripting, automation, APIs)
Implement and maintain CMDB health through normalization, reconciliation, and data certification
Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure alignment with architectural standards
Participate in deployment planning, cutover support, and post-go-live stabilization
