Location: Irving, TX

contract role – 12+ months

W2 Contract Only

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Loan IQ product knowledge to support key initiatives across our lending operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in Agile SDLC environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams including Boarding, Funding, Loan Operations, OPMT, CBOA, and Loan IQ teams.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements for Loan IQ initiatives.
Work with cross‑functional teams to translate needs into user stories and functional specs.
Support Agile ceremonies, testing activities, and process improvements.
Communicate updates, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

3–7 years of BA experience in lending or banking.
Hands-on Loan IQ knowledge.
Strong understanding of Agile practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
