Role: Markets Data Lead
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months (extension/conversion)
Description:
Markets Program Management and Executions Data Solutions Group is crucial for identifying and delivering strategic data solutions for Consent Order remediation. This role is accountable for transforming data governance, modernizing infrastructure, and streamlining the Data Operating Model to ensure Markets Business Domains adhere to Data Governance Policy and possess effective data management tools. The Lead will collaborate extensively with senior management and various cross-functional teams (Technology, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Compliance) to achieve critical Data Governance outcomes and support Article V Consent Order, requiring strong interpersonal, data analysis, and project management skills to navigate complex initiatives under tight deadlines.

• Strong understanding of data governance and data elements relative to regulatory reports and processes.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of shaping opportunities through conceptual thinking.
• Ability to balance strategic "big picture" thinking with meticulous attention to detail, optimizing processes for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Quickly grasp and master new concepts, requirements, and related product/functional knowledge.
• Markets knowledge (e.g., risk and controls, trade lifecycle, products, etc.).
