Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Mountain View, CA

Hybrid 3 day onsite, 2 days remote

8 months contract

Pay rate: $100-110/hr on w2 (No benefits)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will design dashboards, maintain data pipelines, optimize BI processes, and enable teams to make data-driven decisions. This is a hybrid role combining technical BI expertise with stakeholder consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and data pipelines.
Consult with stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure data accuracy.
Analyze, model, and visualize data to drive actionable insights.
Automate repetitive BI tasks and improve internal workflows.
Establish best practices for BI processes, reporting, and dashboards.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Data analysis, synthesis, and validation
Data modeling and database design
BI tools expertise (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Dashboarding and visualization

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

Critical thinking and problem-solving
Translating complex data into clear business insights

Project & Stakeholder Skills:

Project management and prioritization
Stakeholder communication and collaboration
Process optimization and workflow automation

Experience Required:

Proven experience in BI, data analysis, and dashboard creation
Experience managing BI projects or internal process improvements

Education: Bachelors degree
