Location: Clerkenwell, London (Hybrid - 3-4 days studio / 1-2 days WFH)

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £45,000-£60,000 depending on experience + Bonus Scheme

We create inspirational brand experiences through custom branded merchandise and bespoke InspiraPacks for corporate clients across the UK.

We are growing and are looking for a commercially driven Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key accounts from our London studio.

This is a high-energy, client-facing role. Success comes from proactive conversations, meetings and ownership — not hiding behind email. If you enjoy picking up the phone, holding f2f meetings, leading discussions and growing client spend, you will thrive here.

The Role

You will own and develop a portfolio of corporate accounts, deepening relationships and increasing spend through consultative selling and consistent engagement.

You will:

Manage and grow existing client accounts
Advise on tailored branded merchandise solutions
Lead proactive calls, virtual meetings and face-to-face meetings
Deliver weekly client "Progressions" (meaningful live interactions)
Secure orders and manage smooth internal handovers
Identify and develop new opportunities within accounts

Performance is measured through account growth, quality of delivery and weekly client engagement KPIs. Progressions are transparently score-boarded to maintain momentum and accountability across the team.

What We're Looking For

You may come from a corporate merchandising or promotional products background, or a similarly fast-paced B2B environment.

You are:

Confident and energised by live client engagement
Comfortable making proactive calls and handling objections
Commercially minded, organised and detail-focused
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Professional and polished in client-facing environments
Motivated by clear KPIs and visible performance standards
Confident in delivering presentations either face to face via visiting client offices or video in the studio

You create momentum and see opportunities through to completion.

Industry knowledge is advantageous, but attitude, drive and ownership matter most.
