Role Description

This is a commission only remote role for a Sales Partner. The Sales Partner will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and reaching out to potential leads. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts, engaging in effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service, and building high conversion pipeline. You will contribute to expanding the company’s market presence while supporting clients and partners in leveraging PixelsHR solutions effectively.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
Experience in B2B Sales, cold calling, pitching, handling client objections, account management and building lasting professional relationships
Customer service skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs
Proven ability in sales and managing interactions with channel partners
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent organizational skills
Prior experience in SaaS, HR, or tech sales is a plus
Masters degree in Business, Marketing, is a desirable but not a requirement.
