Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Travel Sales Consultant for a hybrid role based in Hammersmith with flexibility for some remote work. The consultant will engage with clients to understand their travel aspirations, tailor holiday packages to individual needs, and manage the end-to-end booking and travel process. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, finalizing itineraries, handling bookings, and offering expert knowledge about our destinations. The role also involves liaising with travel providers, processing payments, and addressing any client queries or concerns efficiently to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
Sales expertise and consultative skills, including the ability to meet client needs and close bookings
Strong research and organizational skills, with attention to detail in planning travel itineraries
Familiarity with the Baltics, the Nordics, or the Balkans and other Europe is highly desirable
Proficiency in travel booking systems and basic computer applications and advantage
Ability to work collaboratively in both in-office and remote environments
Previous experience in tourism or travel consultancy is an advantage
Relevant certifications or training in travel, tourism, or customer service fields are preferred
