Lead, Innovate, and Drive Continuous Improvement in a Dynamic FMCG Environment

As Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in building and managing a cohesive, functional, and results-driven engineering team aligned with our ambitious 5-year business strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and Developing a High-Performing Engineering Team
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Drive performance enhancements through structured training, coaching, and succession planning
Ensure engineering standards align with best practices in health & safety, quality, and operational excellence
Optimising Engineering Performance
Reduce downtime through reactive and preventative maintenance strategies
Use data and root cause analysis to identify and implement long-term improvements
Drive capital investment planning and project execution
Managing Site Services & Compliance
Ensure effective use and monitoring of utilities & site services
Maintain compliance with CCL targets and provide regular reporting
Oversee contractors, suppliers, and on-site maintenance
Qualifications
Strong electrical bias with a background in food manufacturing or FMCG
Proven experience in engineering leadership, site services, and H&S compliance
Expertise in continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and capital project management
Passionate about developing people, driving efficiency, and delivering outstanding results
