Job Description

We are seeking a Citrix Engineer to oversee the end-to-end management of our Citrix environment, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Citrix NetScaler, application virtualization, and remote access security, with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to optimize Citrix infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Citrix environment, ensuring seamless operation and performance.
Configure and optimize Citrix NetScaler, implementing load balancing and security solutions.
Plan and execute capacity planning, ensuring system scalability and efficiency.
Administer secure remote access solutions, maintaining compliance with security policies.
Implement security and compliance protocols to safeguard Citrix infrastructure.
Diagnose and resolve advanced Citrix issues, providing high-level troubleshooting.
Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal downtime.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix technologies.
Citrix certifications (CCA-V, CCE-V, or higher).

Skills

Citrix NetScaler (configuration, optimization, and security).
desktop and application virtualization (Citrix Virtual Apps)
networking and security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.
performance monitoring and tuning for Citrix environments.

Preferred Skills

cloud-based Citrix deployments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
automation tools (PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform).
Active Directory, Group Policies, and user access management.
Citrix Cloud and hybrid environments.
