In detail:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a multidisciplinary team of approximately 28 different experts, including functional analysts, developers and business analysts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and demonstrable experience working in a data environment.

As a senior Scrum Master, you have over 5 years of experience in managing a scrum team under the Agile methodology :

- You are responsible for managing the scrum process by applying the Agile methodology;
- You facilitate your team for better creativity and try to improve the efficiency of the development team;
- You remove the impediments for the scrum team;
- You organize and facilitate the sprint planning meeting;
- You arrange daily stand-up meetings;
- You schedule and facilitate meetings, demo and decision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper use of the adaptation process;
- You help the Product Owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint;
- You organize and facilitate retrospective meetings.
Next to a proven experience in Agile Project Management, you have the following core competences : Coaching, Effective communication, Group facilitation, Result driven.
