Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of cross-functional infrastructure projects across the organization.
Manage full project lifecycle including scope, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and deliverables.
Collaborate with various technical teams including infrastructure, network, server, storage, and security experts.
Align stakeholders and installation teams through proactive, clear, and consistent communication.
Report progress, risks, and decisions to IT senior management and governance bodies (e.g., steering committees).
Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards throughout project execution.
Support procurement procedures, including vendor coordination, contract management, and financial tracking.
Develop, update, and maintain IT security policies and procedures in collaboration with internal teams and third-party partners.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of proven success in IT project management.
Strong technical understanding of IT architecture and infrastructure (e.g., servers, networks, storage, cybersecurity).
Experience with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Background in digital transformation projects within banking or industrial sectors.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Project management certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 2700x, CIS CSC, SOC 2, and GDPR regulations related to risk management and data protection.
