The Role

We're looking for an experienced EPoS Field Engineer to join our growing team. You'll travel to client sites (hospitality & retail) to install, maintain, and replace IT equipment. The role involves regular travel, some overnight stays, and alternate weekend work.

Typical hours: 08:30–17:30 (contractual hours may vary between 06:00-21:00 based on customer needs) Full-time, permanent | Overtime available

Key Responsibilities Install, refurbish & maintain tills, Chip & PIN devices, digital displays, tablets, Wi-Fi, and more Perform on-site swap-outs, repairs, and full installations Complete site surveys, audits, and documentation Support colleagues on-site and at HQ as needed

What You’ll Bring 3+ years of EPoS installation experience (retail/hospitality preferred) Knowledge of Cat5e/Cat6 cabling and IT equipment configuration Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills Calm under pressure with a proactive, can-do mindset Computer literate | Full UK driving licence required
