Role Overview:
We are looking for skilled and reliable Freelance AV Installation Engineers to join our project delivery team. You will be responsible for the on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of AV systems to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure commercial AV systems including displays, speakers, signal distribution, and control systems
Work from technical drawings, schematics, and site plans
Run and terminate cables (HDMI, CAT6, speaker cable, etc.)
Mount screens, speakers, projectors, and racks securely
Conduct system testing, fault-finding, and commissioning
Liaise with Project Managers to ensure timely and quality delivery
Maintain site professionalism and represent Soul AV positively at all times

Requirements:
Proven experience in AV installation within commercial or corporate environments
Strong knowledge of AV hardware, cable management, and infrastructure
Comfortable working independently or as part of a wider team
Ability to travel and work flexibly across the UK
Own tools and transport (preferred)
CSCS or ECS Card (desirable)
IPAF / PASMA / Working at Height certification (a bonus)
