Group FP&A Manager (12 Months Contract)
Location: London (Hybrid Working - 2 days onsite)
Type: Interim/Contract/INSIDE IR35
Salary: £750-£800 per day

Are you a strategic finance professional looking for your next impactful interim assignment? We’re seeking an experienced Group FP&A Manager to join our growing, multi-national organisation on a 12 months contract. Based in London, this is a high-profile role offering the opportunity to influence financial strategy and support key decision-making at the highest level.

The Role
As Group FP&A Manager, you'll assist in leading the Group’s financial planning, forecasting and analysis efforts in providing critical insights to support executive leadership. This is a commercially focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys making a tangible impact in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver in-depth financial analysis, including variance, trend, and scenario analysis to identify key business drivers.
Prepare and present clear, actionable financial reports for senior leadership.
Provide strategic, data-driven insights to inform business planning and financial decisions.
Monitor operational costs and suggest value driven efficiencies.
Identify financial risks and opportunities, with practical recommendations.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of financial analysts.
Drive or contribute to ad hoc projects involving modelling, reporting, and process improvement.

About You

Recognised financial qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA).
Demonstrable experience partnering with C-suite executives and investor relations teams.
Strong FP&A background, ideally with exposure to the insurance sector.
Highly analytical with a strong command of Excel financial modelling tools, Power BI
Confident communicator, comfortable translating complex data for non financial stakeholders.
Proven leadership skills with a collaborative and hands on approach.
Highly conversant with finance systems - Oracle is an advantage
