For Freelance (Contract) & Consultancy (Payroll)
As an Engagement Coordinator / Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving sustainability and social impact from within. You’ll help define and implement programs that empower employees to contribute meaningfully to financial inclusion, social responsibility, and the bank’s sustainability vision. By fostering internal engagement and coordinating impactful initiatives, you will help shape a culture of purpose and contribute to creating long-term value for colleagues, customers, communities, and society.
Responsibilities
You will define and implement an internal engagement strategy and action plan to involve employees in sustainability initiatives and amplify their impact, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and communities.
You will translate strategic ambitions into engaging internal and external storylines, working closely with the marketing and communication teams to ensure consistent, aligned messaging.
You will brief communication partners on key messaging needs and take ownership of reviewing and validating internal and external deliverables.
You will coordinate financial inclusion programs within the organization, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.
You will collaborate with the team to enhance the visibility of volunteering and philanthropy initiatives across the organization.
You have the following skills
Profile Requirements
You hold a Master’s degree or have equivalent experience.
You have at least 2 years of experience in sustainability, either through professional work or business-related experience.
You demonstrate strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
You are result-driven, with a flexible, can-do attitude and a strong sense of initiative.
You bring solid coordination and project management skills, and you are comfortable working both independently and in a team.
You are able to think strategically while managing operational tasks efficiently.
You have experience working with marketing and communication briefings—this is considered a plus.
You have a strong affinity with sustainability and are motivated by creating a positive societal impact.
Fourchette de salaire :
entre 45 K€ et 50 K€
About You :
You have at least 2 years of professional experiences as a Project Manager, Coordinator
You hold a Master’s degree or have equivalent experience.
If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG and NL
