Job Specifications

We're looking for a Training Specialist to join our client in the Financial Services industry in the Sales Training & Support team on a contract basis. This role is remote Canada-wide (must work EST hours) with quarterly office visits to Waterloo required.

Pay Range: $22-$26/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hrs/week

Duration: 10+ months

What you'll do:

Design, update, and deliver engaging training programs for sales teams
Manage LMS platforms, schedules, and training inquiries
Conduct needs analysis and create clear, concise training resources
Deliver live online training and provide feedback to new hires
Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve processes and training content

What you bring:

5+ years in a business environment (financial services an asset)
2+ years in a training or L&D role
Experience with at least one design tool (Storyline, Canva, Clipchamp, etc.)
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Post-secondary education (Adult Educator certification preferred)

Nice to have: Bilingual (French/English), experience with sales training or Seismic Learning.
