Must haves

Minimum 5+ years implementing ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM frameworks.
Minimum 5+ years Hands-on expertise in defining CSDM data models, service portfolios, and technical services.
Minimum 5+ years Proven ability to design and enforce data governance and CMDB health KPIs.
Minimum 5+ years Strong experience with Service Mapping, Application Portfolio Management (APM), and ITOM/CSM alignment.

Nice To Have

ServiceNow CIS - CMDB or CSDM certification (or equivalent advanced experience).
