We’re looking for a Workforce Planning Manager (Transformation) for our public sector client based in London, Lytham St Annes, Durham or Glasgow on an initial 6-month contract paying up to £515 per day inside IR35.

This role offers hybrid working with an expectation to attend the office two days per week.

You’ll be supporting a large, fast-paced transformation programme within a multi-supplier environment. The role sits in the Programme Resourcing Team and requires someone who is adaptable, resilient and confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.

You will need to hold the ability to pass security checks if required.

The successful Workforce Planning Manager will possess proven experience working with the following –

Advanced Excel and Power BI
Visio for organisation charts
Power Automate and SharePoint workflows
Workforce, capacity and financial data analysis
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building
Working in complex transformation or change programmes

Key responsibilities include –

Managing resourcing and workforce planning across a busy transformation programme
Building trusted relationships with Programme Managers, Team Leads and senior leaders
Handling competing priorities with strong organisational skills
Developing and maintaining SharePoint lists and automated workflows via Power Automate
Creating and maintaining Visio organisation charts
Supporting programme reporting and insight through accurate workforce data
