Job Title: Workforce Planning Manager – Transformation Programme

Location: London, Lytham St Annes, Durham or Glasgow (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite)

Interview: 1 stage via Teams

Job Description

Lead workforce and capacity planning within a fast-paced transformation programme
Engage and collaborate with Programme Managers, Team Leads and senior stakeholders
Build strong stakeholder relationships across a multi-supplier environment
Develop and maintain SharePoint lists, Power Automate workflows and Visio organisation charts
Analyse and interpret workforce, capacity and financial data for decision-making
Manage competing priorities with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
