2nd Line Support Technician (On-Site)

Location: Central London - SW1W
Contract Type: Full-Time, Contract
About the Role: We are working with a client who is seeking a skilled and experienced 2nd Line Support Technician to join their IT team in Central London. This on-site role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background to provide exceptional support and troubleshooting services.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar 2nd Line Support role.
Strong troubleshooting skills across a range of operating systems and software.
Proficiency in network configuration and management.
Experience with server administration and cloud-based services.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Typical Tasks May Include:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues presented by clients and service users.
Address network connection problems and troubleshoot various software applications.
Manage and maintain antivirus solutions.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, firewalls, and switches.
Utilize network monitoring tools.
Deploy software using tools.
Provide basic administration for cloud-based services including Office 365, Google, Adobe, Azure etc.
Manage and troubleshoot printing solutions (HP, Xerox, Ricoh, Brother, Canon).
Use helpdesk call login software.
